This beautiful and unique property has been family owned and operated for over 150 years. The standing barn you see now was built in 1918. It was the first of it's kind at the time, holding twice the head count of other nearby operations. Nancy and Edsall Partridge, the current generation residing, decided to end the dairy farm with the last supply going out January 1st 1998.  They then converted the barn and pasture into an equine facility in 2003. It underwent a full restoration, with Nancy designing the inside of the barn into stables and tack rooms you see now.

The farm is located in the Northern Catskills, 7 miles from Windham, NY. Residing on over 600 acres and bordered by the Ashland Pinnacle State Forest and Huntersfield State Forest. Beautiful pastures on hilly canvas, with wildflowers and dandelions speckled about combined with the sound of running water around every bend and all the rich aromas that this landscape offers. These things come together to ground you and draw you in, leaving an unforgettable and one-of-a-kind impression!
